30 days of gratitude challenge

30 Days of Gratitude Challenge

November is National Gratitude Month. There’s so much to be grateful for, so let’s challenge ourselves to express our gratitude each day this month.

Here is a 30 day challenge with different prompts to express your gratitude. You can write it in a journal, post them on your social media, or just say them to yourself. Whichever way you decide to express your gratitude, I challenge you to do it for 30 days! And, maybe you’ll even form a new daily habit!
