50 New Year Resolutions for a Better Year Ahead

Do you set a new year’s resolution each year? 

For the last few years, mine have included working out more (well, actually start working out). And this has been my new year’s resolution for a few years because each year, I failed to follow through with it.

As I read Atomic Habits by James Clear, I learned that we need to be more specific about the new habits that we want to acquire (or bad ones we want to get rid of)Yeah, we all may want to exercise more and get in shape in 2021, but what does that mean for you? Go for a walk every morning? Go to the gym 3 times per week? Workout every day for 30 minutes? We have to take out the guess work and be specific in what habits we want to form. 

Here’s just a few of my new year resolutions:  

I will continue to follow my workout programs. 

I will read at least one chapter of a book every day.  

I will be consistent with my morning routine
