Journaling (almost) daily has really helped with my mental health. It’s a great way to express yourself, whether you’re feeling frustrated, excited, or sad. Jot it down. Express your gratitude. Release some stress or whatever has been on your mind lately. 

Get your journals and pens ready! I challenge you to 30 days of journaling! 

I have listed 30 prompts that you can use and follow for your 30 day challenge. Or, you can make up your own! Just commit to writing in your journal for 30 days and hopefully you feel like adding this to your morning routine.
