As I read Atomic Habits by James Clear, I learned that we need to be more specific about the new habits that we want to acquire (or bad ones we want to get rid of). Yeah, we all may want to exercise more and get in shape in 2021, but what does that mean for you? Go for a walk every morning? Go to the gym 3 times per week? Workout every day for 30 minutes? We have totake out the guess work and be specific in what habits we want to form.
