Challenge Yourself to 30 Days of Self-Care
As parents, we tend to put our kids’ needs before our own. That’s what parents are supposed to do, right? Well, we can’t forget that in order to be able to take care of our kids (& maintain the little sanity we have left), we have to take care of ourselves too! How can we pour from an empty cup?
Set the example. Let’s show our kids how important our physical and mental health is by taking care of ourselves. One way that I’ve incorporated self-care into my daily life is by having a morning routine. It has truly been a game changer.Â
In honor of September being National Self-Care Awareness Month, I will be participating in a 30 day challenge. For the month of September, I will be setting aside time each day to focus on ME!Â
Take the challenge with me! You can follow my 30 challenges, interpret them how you’d like, do them in a different order, or even make up your own! As long as you’re focusing on your self-care each day.Â
I will be posting my self-care journey on my Instagram stories. Follow along! Will you be joining the challenge?
